1. Eligibility

Residency: Open to legal residents of Texas.

Age: Must be 18 or older to enter (parents/guardians may enter for minors).

Exclusions: Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period

Start Date: July 15, 2026, at 12:00 AM CST.

End Date: September 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST.

Validity: Entries received after the deadline are invalid.

3. Entry Methods & Requirements

No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win. Participants can earn entries through standard league activities or via a free mail-in alternative.

A. Automatic Entry Methods

Mailing List: Sign up for the official mailing list at Atascocita Lacrosse.

Season Registrations: Complete registration for the Fall or Spring lacrosse season.

Player Store: Make any purchase on the official Atascocita Lacrosse Player Store.

Donations: Make a financial contribution to The Nest Campaign.

Trylax Attendance: Attend the official Trylax event.

Referrals: Refer a friend who attends Trylax or registers for the Fall or Spring season.

B. Manual Entry Methods (Google Form Link)

Spirit Night Attendance: Attend Spirit Night and upload your receipt.

Bonus Entry: Post about it on social media, mention the business and Atascocita Lacrosse, and upload a screenshot of the post.

Sponsor Support: Shop at any official team sponsor and upload your receipt.

Bonus Entry: Post about it on social media, mention the sponsor business and Atascocita Lacrosse, and upload a screenshot of the post.

Fish Camp: Stop by the Atascocita Lacrosse information table at Fish Camp on July 24, 2026, and upload a photo.

Bonus Entry: Post about it on social media, mention the event and Atascocita Lacrosse, and upload a screenshot of the post.

Eagle Lift-off: Stop by the Atascocita Lacrosse information table at Eagle Lift-off on August 8, 2026, and upload a photo.

Bonus Entry: Post about it on social media, mention the event and Atascocita Lacrosse, and upload a screenshot of the post.

C. Alternative Method of Entry (Free Entry)

Mail-In Entry: Hand-print your name, address, phone number, and email on a 3x5 card.

Deadlines: It must be postmarked by September 13, 2026, and received by September 17, 2026, to receive equal entries.

4. Prizes and Odds

Prize: Gift Cards (100.00 total)

Restrictions: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Selection: Winner will be chosen via a random drawing.

Selection Date: September 15, 2026.

Notification: Winner will be notified via email or direct message.

Claim Deadline: Winner must claim the prize within 48 hours of notification.

Redraw: Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.

6. Publicity and Liability

Publicity: Winners agree to let the league use their name/likeness for promotional purposes.

Liability: Atascocita Lacrosse is not liable for any injuries or damages related to the prize.
